18th Annual West Clare Mini Marathon Sunday 31st January 2016!!!!
The 18th Annual West Clare Mini Marathon takes place on Sunday, 31st January 2016. The route is Kilrush to Kilkee and sponsorship cards for the 2016 event are available from the Cancer Centre in Corry Lane, Kilkee. We are open 11:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday. €3,000.00 donated to the West Clare MiniMarathon Centre from the late Tony Lynch Memorial Tractor Run………………..
The West Clare Cancer Centre Committee extends its heartfelt gratitude to Assumpta Fennell Lynch and family for their tremendous donation of €3,000.00 to the Centre here in Kilkee, from the proceeds of the Tony Lynch Memorial Tractor Run held on September 20th last. We are extremely grateful to you Assumpta.
Poker Classic 2015 raises €4,860.00 for West Clare Cancer Centre!!!
The West Clare Mini Marathon Committee is extremely grateful to Matt Keating and Vanessa Breen for their commitment and dedication in organising their second Poker Classic fundraiser resulting in an astounding €4,860.00 donation to our Centre here in Kilkee. Thank you to everybody who contributed to this event making it a resounding success.

We are extremely grateful to Martin Donnelly and fellow cyclists from the Clonee Cycling Club for their tremendous donation of €11,500 to the West Clare Cancer Centre. The ‘In Remembrance’ Cycle, from Clonee to Cooraclare, took place in June of this year, in aid of the West Clare Cancer Centre, Kilkee, and St. Francis Hospice in Dublin. This is a marvellous result for both charities and a marvellous reflection of all those involved. You truly are our ‘Everyday Heroes’ and the absolute epitomy of altruism.
